14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with your course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email vuyo@punkcoffeeroastery.com with your order reference.

Course access after a refund

• Your access continues while a refund request is being reviewed.
• When a full refund is completed, access to that course ends automatically.
• Your saved progress is kept, so it is restored if you buy the course again.
• A partial refund does not remove access.

Cancelled or failed payments

If you close the checkout or your payment is declined, you are not charged and no enrolment is created.

Subscriptions

Courses are currently one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing to cancel.
