1. Who we are

Punk Coffee Roastery SA, trading as Punk Coffee Roastery International Academy. Company registration number: [to be confirmed]. Registered address: [to be confirmed]. Contact: vuyo@punkcoffeeroastery.com.

By creating an account, buying a course or continuing to use this website, you agree to these Terms and are contracting with Punk Coffee Roastery SA.

2. Our order process

Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payments, billing, applicable taxes and approved refunds. Punk Coffee Roastery SA provides course access and learning-related customer support. Refund requests are handled according to our 14-day Refund Policy and applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.

3. Courses and access

  • Courses are sold as one-time purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable tax is calculated for your country and shown before you pay.
  • After a confirmed payment you receive personal, non-transferable, lifetime access to the purchased course for as long as the Academy operates it.
  • Modules unlock in order. You must complete each module's lessons and pass its assessment (80%) to unlock the next module.
  • A Certificate of Completion is issued only after all lessons are completed and all module assessments are passed.
  • If a purchase is fully refunded, access to that course ends once the refund is completed (see the Refund Policy).

4. Your account

You must be of legal age to enter contracts in your country (or have a guardian's consent), provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; copying, sharing, reselling or redistributing course videos, PDFs, EPUBs or assessment content; infringing intellectual property; or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing module locks or assessment rules).

6. Intellectual property

Punk Coffee Roastery SA retains all rights in the Academy, its courses, written materials, videos, assessments, software and branding. Course content is educational and does not guarantee any business or employment outcome.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Academy available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.
